libcgi-compile-perl software package provides module for compiling .cgi scripts to a code reference, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-compile-perl
libcgi-compile-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-compile-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-compile-perl *
You will get with libcgi-compile-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
